Description
This original, vintage chest of drawers is ‘sold as seen’. It is in very good, used condition. It has been checked, cleaned inside and out, and a natural beeswax polish applied to the exterior wood surfaces but otherwise the finish is all original. There are four drawers (the lower two drawers are actually one double height drawer) slide with ease, are beautifully made with their original metal handles securely attached and they have clean, tidy interiors. Overall, there is just light wear and tear to the exterior wood surfaces in line with the piece’s age. Do browse our images to get an accurate sense of its super condition. It is very well-made, solid and stable with no areas of concern. There is no maker’s mark in place but it was acquired as part of a matching suite of other White & Newton pieces so we attribute with 100% confidence. Alternatively, we can arrange fast, UK mainland delivery with trusted delivery partners who cover most of the country (enquire for Scotland or remote addresses) and are reliable and insured. We have a weekly collection and onward delivery usually follows 1-5 days later. The delivery service we can offer does require a little flexibility as the drivers work to predetermined routes with other delivery obligations, but you would be kept updated.
