Description
This original, vintage sideboard is ‘sold as seen’. Overall it is in good – very good, used condition. The piece has been cleaned, inside and out, and a natural beeswax polish applied and buffed on the external surfaces, but otherwise the finish is original. As described, we believe this is an original Morris of Glasgow piece that has been repurposed at some point into this cabinet. The modification has been very well done and is barely noticeable, certainly from the outside. The shelves in the larger left cupboard have been added at some point. The door handles, hinges and closures are secure and in good working order. The interior and shelves are in good clean order too. There are light marks and dents here and there on the exterior wood surfaces, very minor signs of use in line with its age. It’s a well-made piece that’s robust and sturdy. We have a weekly collection and onward delivery usually follows 1-5 days later. The delivery service we can offer does require a little flexibility as the drivers work to predetermined routes with other delivery obligations, but you would be kept updated.
