Vintage Danish Patchwork Black Leather Swivel Footstool
A footstool definitely enhances your lounging experience when you’re in a favourite chair. This smart, square-topped footstool comes from Denmark and dates from the 1970s. It’s in great condition, and its neutral, black colour, tubular chrome legs and patchwork design means it can be partnered with any seating, regardless of style, material or colour.
Description
This original, used piece is ‘sold as seen’. It’s in very good, vintage condition. We have given the original leather a clean with a nourishing leather balm. There are wrinkles and light surface scuffs to the leather, part of its vintage appeal and in line with its age and function. The chrome metal base stand is also in very good order – please view our photos. It’s a well-made footstool that’s solid and sturdy, strong and large enough to be used as an occasional seat. Sadly there is no maker’s mark but was sourced directly from Denmark.
