Vintage 1950s Metal Garden Bench with Original Floral Cushions

What an absolute joy this colourful retro piece is… A 1950s garden bench / sun seat for two. Intended originally for the garden, it would be equally at home in a conservatory or hallway. The red floral cushions really pop with the white spray-painted metal frame. Equally if the cushions don’t quite suit they could be easily swapped out for new. A quirky vintage piece that’s a great deal of fun.

Description

This is an original, vintage seat that is ‘sold as seen’. It is in good, used condition. We have cleaned the frame. There are some minor chips here and there to the white paint finish. The two cushions are sectioned to fold into place. They feature white plastic buttons and piping which although securely attached, is a little worn in places. The cushions and their original fabric are in remarkably good order considering their age. The bench is solid and sturdy, ready to be put straight out onto the patio!
