These tall, arched ‘Quaker’ chairs, the model 365 design, are among the most elegant of Ercol’s extensive dining chair range and also some of their most popular – they are always readily snapped up! They were originally produced from the late 1950s through to the mid 1980s. Made from solid British elm and beech ‘blond’ woods with five-spindled backs and a generous seat height, these wider seat models offer much comfort and support. This set is comprised of three regular dining chairs, they date from the 1970s and are in super, original condition.

Description

These are original, vintage chairs that are ‘sold as seen’. They are in very good, used condition. They have been cleaned and a neutral, natural wax polish applied but otherwise their original finish has been left alone as it’s in such great order across all three chairs. They carry some light scuffs, signs of wear and marks as you would expect with vintage dining chairs but nothing to call out. Do browse our photos. They are solid and sturdy with no wobbles or signs of repair. The Ercol stickers are no longer in place but the original Ercol stamp can be seen on the underside of all of them, along with poppers, there to secure cushion pads in place should you wish to add them at any point. These chairs date from the 1970s.
