This pair of old-fashioned, 1940s – 1950s, leather suitcases come with bags of character and appeal, and look to have seen some of the world in another life. Each is monogrammed on the side with their owner’s initials and the larger case is made by Revelation. They are beautifully crafted objects from a bygone era and would add instant interest to a dull corner, bedroom or bedside, but furthermore these vintage cases are really practical storage ‘boxes’ for under the bed or on show. We have a stack vintage cases at the foot of a bed where we stow small accessories like gloves, ties, tights and such.
This original vintage pair is ‘sold as seen’. They are in fair – good, used condition, however as you might expect, there are signs of wear and tear, in line with its original purpose and use. There are scuffs and marks both on the interior and exterior surfaces which can be clearly seen across our photos. All the clasps work and close as they should but sadly we do noT have keys.
