This is an original piece that is ‘sold as seen’. It is in overall good – very good, used condition. The leather has been cleaned and nourished with a natural leather balm. The leather upholstery on the large, over-sized cushion is in very good order. Although wrinkled and with some minor surface scuffs, as is the nature of vintage leather, it’s thick, soft and supple with a working zip and plump inners. The fixed leather upholstery is in overall good order. Although no tears, there are some dents to the leather on the curved shell. This is where something has pressed into the chair either in its former home (the back of swivel chairs often carry marks as they scrape against walls / furniture when spun) or on its journey from Denmark to the UK. In our experience, once in a warm home, these dents often flatten out and as they are in the back of the chair, it’s likely they won’t be of great concern as they won’t be seen often. Please refer to our photos. The original Bramin sticker is still affixed to the chair underneath the cushion, something that is rare in this model of chair. They’re usually long gone!
