Original Danish 1970s Double Brown Spotlight Floor Lamp – Fully Restored

A Danish, 1970s, original floor lamp that’s now restored, tested and ready to plug in and go. It features two high shine, chestnut brown spotlights with integrated switches at the back. They can be rotated / angled via their arm ball joints, and height adjusted on the main stem to direct the light just where you need it to go. Tall and sculptural, these are versatile pieces that can be set behind chairs, next to sideboards, freestanding by the bedside or put to use in a dull corner without taking up the room of a standard lamp and shade.

Description

This original, vintage floor lamp is ‘sold as seen’. It is in good – very good, used condition and has been fully restored with care and expertise. The lamp has been rewired with new black, fabric-braided flex, energy efficient bulbs and plug, and it has PAT tested to meet modern regulations. The spotlights can be angled via the ball joints in their arms, and they can be height-adjusted on the main stem by unscrewing / tightening the arms. The spotlights themselves are in great order with just minor scuffs and scratches which can be seen in our photos. The weighted base is a little dented too and one of the silver lamp arms has lost some of its chrome finish, as shown, but this doesn’t detract from the appeal of the piece greatly.
