Neat Vintage Edwardian Oak Vanity Table with Drawers

What a charming antique piece this is… an Edwardian vanity stand / dressing table in solid oak with an angled mirror and two drawers on long legs. It features delightful, floral carved details on the legs, back trim and mirror frame. The brass handles are original too. Overall this is a really pretty, vintage piece with lots of character and appeal, perfect for a country / traditional bedroom or bathroom.

Description

This is an original, used piece that is ‘sold as seen’. It is in good, vintage condition. We have cleaned the piece inside and out but otherwise the finish is original and as such comes with some marks, knocks and sunlight fading which can be seen across our photos. The two drawers slide with ease in their runners, have dovetail joints and have clean, tidy interiors. The brass plate handles are original and securely attached. The table top has taken the brunt of the wear and tear as shown but overall this is minor and in line with its age. The mirror has some spots and signs of aging around its edges, also shown in our photos. It slots onto brass fittings on the back uprights. The mirror and uprights could be easily unscrewed and removed if you just wished to just use the lower unit. It’s a well-made antique piece that’s solid and stable with no repairs or areas of concern.
