Elegant Danish 1970s Gold Double Spotlight Floor Lamp – Fully Restored
Elongated, trumpeting, double spotlights finished in a subtle brushed gold, this 1970s Danish floor lamp is especially elegant. The black arms, braided flex and chunky base add further distinction. The spotlights can be height-adjusted, rotated and angled to get the illumination just where you need it. Set behind a chair for reading, by the bedside, over a desk, next to your sideboard, to highlight wall art, it will work anywhere where a double burst of soft light is needed.

Description
This original, vintage floor lamp is ‘sold as seen’. It is in good – very good, used condition and has been fully restored with care and expertise. The lamps have been rewired with new black, fabric-braided flex, energy efficient bulbs, floor switch and plug, and it has PAT tested to meet modern regulations. The spotlights can be angled on their original black arms, and they can be height-adjusted on the main stem by unscrewing / tightening these arms. As you can see from our photos, the lampheads carry light tarnishes, small dents and scratches, as does the weighted base, as you might expect with a vintage piece but these are very minor and don’t in any way detract from the appeal of the piece. It’s imported from Denmark and dates from the 1970s. You can see a Fleid sticker inside both lampshades but we’ve been unable to find anything out about the maker. Please browse our photos for a good sense of colour and condition. If you’ve any questions, please do get in touch.
