Description
This original, vintage sofa is ‘sold as seen’. It is in good – very good used condition. The leather upholstery has been given a good surface clean with a specialist nourishing balm. The original black leather upholstery is in very good order on the cushions. There are eight cushions in total with working zips and plump cushion inners, all in good order. There are minor signs of wear and tear, and some small scuffs and wrinkling, primarily on the seat cushions as they bear the brunt of use, but this is entirely as you would expect with used leather and is part of its nature. The Stouby branded finishing cloth is in very good order underneath the seat cushions. The fixed leather on the sofa frame is in very good order too, hugging the frame tightly. The sofa is superbly constructed, solid and sturdy with no wobbles or creaks. There are some minor scuffs on the four beech wooden legs. It dates from the 1970s and is attributed.
