Set of Six Vintage Chapel Church Chairs with Book / Bible Backs

You don’t get more quaintly British than this… a set of six traditional, vintage chapel chairs with slat backs and an integrated bible / book holder at the back. Robustly made in pale beech and elm for regular use in churches their design favours function over form (they are an upright sit, rather prim and proper) but they have considerable old-fashioned charm and character. They would make a great talking point round a kitchen table or as occasional chairs around the house. And we’ve been reliably informed you can fit bottles of beer in the back too!
