Vintage Danish 1970s Silver Bubble Spotlight Floor Lamp – Fully Restored
Fully restored and tested, this Danish 1970s, original floor lamp is ready to plug in and illuminate your life. Although obviously midcentury, its retro charm works well in a modern setting. It has been restored and whilst the silver bubble spotlight and black base may carry some minor dents and tarnishes here and there, these don’t detract from its appeal and function. The spotlight can be height adjusted and angled to illuminate just the right area. This is a versatile light that can be set behind chairs, next to sideboards, freestanding by the bedside or put to use in a dull corner without taking up the room of a standard lamp and shade.

Description
This original, vintage floor lamp is ‘sold as seen’. It is in good – very good, used condition and has been fully restored with care and expertise. The lamp has been rewired with new black fabric, braided flex and an energy efficient bulb, along with a new floor switch and plug, and it has PAT tested to meet modern regulations. The spotlight can be angled by rotating the arm, and it can be height-adjusted on the main stem by unscrewing / tightening the arm. The bubble shade is a little scuffed and tarnished with age – do browse our photos to get a good sense of this wear. The weighted base and stem also carry some minor marks and dents but this doesn’t detract from the appeal of the piece. It’s imported from Denmark and dates from the 1970s.
