Description
This is an original, vintage modular piece that is ‘sold as seen’. It is in good – very good, used condition. It has been cleaned and the teak elements polished with natural beeswax polish but otherwise the finish is original. The full inventory for this modular shelving system is:

In our experience, Ladderax systems are often rather knocked and bruised, partly because of their age and partly because of their function as a multi-purpose, high-use piece of furniture. This set has faired well though. The component parts here do come with some scuffs and marks but overall we would categorise this wear as minor. The drop-down bureau cabinet is clean and tidy inside with just light marks. It comes with a working lock and key, and the drop-down hinges slide with ease. The nature of this modular system means it can be configured in all manner of ways – we would recommend that there are two people on hand during assembly. The uprights of this particular set are wall-leaning and it should be noted they are the mid-height model at 162cm.
