Description
This original, vintage piece is ‘sold as seen’. It is in very good, used condition. We have cleaned the piece inside and out, and applied a natural beeswax polish to the external surfaces. All six drawers slide with ease and are clean and tidy inside. They are very well constructed with dovetail joints, integrated pulls on the upper drawers and round inset, solid teak handles on the lower ones with a brass bar feature. There are just light scuffs and signs of use on the exterior wood, nothing to flag and very much in line with its age. The trim at the back could be unscrewed if desired to give a more streamlined look. Sadly the maker’s label is no longer in place but we believe it to be British made and date from the early 1960s.
