How quickly will my mid-century item be delivered?
We can usually arrange delivery within 5-10 days, often quicker, depending on where you are.
Will I be given a time when it will be delivered?
Yes, you will be given advance notification of a delivery time slot on the delivery day as well as further updates on the delivery day itself.
Can I return something if I don't like it?
Can I delay delivery until I'm ready?
Yes, absolutely. We frequently hold purchased items until a customer is ready to take delivery.
Can I collect from you?
Can I visit your shop?
Yes, visitors are welcome by prior appointment. As we’re not a regular shop, we’re a unit on a working farm, we don’t keep conventional open hours so drop us a message and we can set a date and time.
Do you buy furniture from individuals?
Yes, we sometimes purchase furniture from private sellers but it very much depends on location. We will only go and view items local to us. It’s worth noting too that as we’re a business who restore and sell onwards, we would not offer the retail price you may have seen on Google!
Can I reserve an item?
We don’t reserve items as we sell on several third party platforms as well as here. Fees are incurred for withdrawing and relisting items, plus in order to be fair to all customers, what you see here is available to purchase. However if you are interested in a specific item do let us know and we can give you a heads up if we also receive interest from someone else.
What if an item arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged in transit, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt with photos and full details and we will escalate things from there.
